La Marz & Co believes that the internet should be accessible and usable by everyone, including people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, or neurological disabilities. We are committed to making lamarzco.com as accessible as possible and to continually improving the accessibility of our website and digital products.

This Accessibility Statement is provided voluntarily in line with best practice. As a private sole-trader business, La Marz & Co is not currently subject to mandatory accessibility legislation applicable to public sector bodies in Norway or the EU. However, we take our responsibilities to all users seriously and commit to progressive improvement toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

lamarzco.com relies on the following technologies for accessibility: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative — Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where applicable. These technologies are relied upon to conform with WCAG 2.1. Where these technologies are not supported by a user's browser or assistive technology, we offer alternative access methods as described in Section 7.

10. Enforcement — EU Users

EU users in member states subject to the Web Accessibility Directive (EU) 2016/2102 may contact their national enforcement body for web accessibility. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which mandates accessibility requirements for certain private sector digital services, came into full effect in June 2025. La Marz & Co monitors developments in this area and will update this statement as applicable obligations become clearer for businesses of our size and type.

12. Third-Party Platform Accessibility

La Marz & Co sells primarily through the Whop platform. The accessibility of the Whop checkout and dashboard is the responsibility of Whop Marketplace Inc. and is governed by their own accessibility policies. Similarly, the accessibility of TradingView, Trade Nation, and social media platforms is the responsibility of those platforms. La Marz & Co cannot modify or guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms.

13. Accessibility of Our Digital Products

La Marz & Co's products are digital trading watermarks — PNG image files delivered via Whop. These products are visual in nature and are designed for use as overlays on trading chart content. As purely visual assets used within users' own content creation workflows, they do not in themselves need to meet WCAG accessibility standards.

We do however encourage all content creators who use our watermarks to consider the accessibility of their own content — for example by adding alt text to images featuring our watermarks when posting to social media, and by providing captions on video content.

La Marz & Co shall not be in breach of this Accessibility Statement where failure to maintain full accessibility results from events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform changes or cyberattacks. We will restore full compliance as soon as reasonably practicable.

This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least annually, and whenever significant changes are made to lamarzco.com or when applicable accessibility legislation changes materially. The 'Last Updated' date reflects the most recent revision.
