End User Licence Agreement

1. Grant of licence
La Marz & Co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the purchased indicator(s) and watermark(s) ("the Software") on your personal TradingView account, solely for your own content creation and trading.
2. Restrictions
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the Software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- You may not share access credentials with third parties.
- You may not use the Software in any unlawful or fraudulent manner.
3. Intellectual property
All designs, code, typography choices, and visual identity remain the intellectual property of La Marz & Co. The licence grants use only — never ownership.
4. Termination
Breach of these terms results in immediate termination of the licence without refund. We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of misuse.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. La Marz & Co is not liable for trading decisions made while using it.
