La Marz & Co is registered as a business operator in Norway and complies with applicable Norwegian commercial, consumer protection, data protection, and e-commerce legislation.
4. VAT & Tax Status
VAT STATUS — NOT CURRENTLY VAT REGISTERED — IMPORTANT
La Marz & Co is currently NOT registered for VAT. Our annual turnover is below the Norwegian VAT registration threshold (NOK 50,000 / approximately USD 5,000). No VAT is charged on our products at this time. La Marz & Co has no VAT number. When our annual turnover exceeds the NOK 50,000 threshold, La Marz & Co will register for VAT with Skatteetaten as required by law. This page and our pricing will be updated at that time.
