All Sales Are Final

La Marz & Co sells exclusively digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.

1. Digital Products — No Return Possible

All products sold by La Marz & Co are digital goods, including branded trading watermarks, graphic overlays, and related digital assets. Because these products are:

Delivered electronically and instantly upon purchase;
Accessible and downloadable immediately after payment;
Unable to be physically "returned" once delivered;

…we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind once a purchase has been completed.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

La Marz & Co will not issue refunds, partial refunds, account credits, or exchanges for any of the following reasons, without exception:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase;
Failure to read the full product description prior to purchasing;
Incompatibility of the product with your device, software, screen recording setup, or trading platform;
Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase;
Accidental purchase or purchase made by a third party using your account;
Failure or decision not to use the product after purchase;
Duplicate purchases made in error;
Technical issues on your device or setup that prevent use.

3. Your Responsibility Before Purchase

Before completing any purchase, you are solely responsible for:

Reading the full product description and understanding what you are purchasing;
Confirming the product is compatible with your intended use, device, and software;
Ensuring you have a TradingView account or compatible setup if applicable;
Reviewing these Terms and our full Disclaimer before proceeding.

La Marz & Co provides sufficient information about all products prior to purchase. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm you have reviewed all available product information.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargeback Warning

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed against La Marz & Co that is deemed to be without merit or in bad faith will be vigorously defended. We will provide payment processors and banks with full documentation of the transaction, product delivery, and these Terms to dispute the chargeback. Customers who file illegitimate chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing from La Marz & Co and may be subject to further action.

5. Technical Support

While we do not offer refunds, La Marz & Co is happy to assist you with any technical questions regarding the use and application of your purchased watermark. If you are experiencing difficulty, please contact us through our Whop store before assuming the product is defective.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to help you successfully apply your watermark to your trading setup.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that a product is delivered incorrectly (i.e. a different product than what was purchased is delivered), please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of the issue. La Marz & Co reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to issue a replacement product in such circumstances. This does not constitute a general refund or returns policy.
