Under applicable regulations — including the Norwegian Markedsføringsloven, FTC Endorsement Guides, ASA CAP Code, and FCA financial promotion rules — businesses that earn commissions by recommending products must clearly and prominently disclose those commercial relationships. This document fulfils that obligation for all current La Marz & Co affiliate relationships.

4.1 Our Relationship
La Marz & Co has an affiliate (referral) relationship with TradingView, Inc. through the TradingView Partner Program. Our watermark products are designed for use with TradingView charts.
4.2 What Happens When You Use Our Link

5. Programme 2 — Trade Nation Affiliate Programme

Our affiliate agreement is with Trade Nation Financial Markets Limited, regulated by the Financial Services Authority Seychelles (licence SD150).
